Support

WhaleTales is made and run by Ahmet SIRIM, the developer the App Store names as its seller.

For any question or problem with WhaleTales, email support@flyingwhale.app. Say what you tried and what you expected, and attach a screenshot if one helps. You will normally hear back within a few business days.

Common questions

• Managing or cancelling a subscription: open your Apple ID settings, then Subscriptions.
• Deleting your account: in the app, open Me, then Delete account. Credits you bought earlier and have not yet used are lost when you do.
